Triumph Sets Reveal Dates for the Tiger 1200, Street Triple 798 RS and Tiger 900

Triumph has put three more 2027 motorcycles on a calendar. Its U.S. “Go Further” 2027 launch page, checked on October 7, 2026, lists full reveal dates for the Tiger 1200, the Street Triple 798 RS and the Tiger 900.

The three dates

The page gives the dates without a year. Since the campaign is running now and the first model on it has already launched, they read as dates later this year:

  1. Tiger 1200: October 27
  2. Street Triple 798 RS: November 17
  3. Tiger 900: December 15

The first bike in the campaign, the 400cc Bonneville T40, was introduced on October 6. Everything else on the page is a teaser. Triumph hasn’t published specifications, prices or U.S. delivery dates for any of the three upcoming models.

Triumph's reveal dates: Oct. 27 Tiger 1200, teased with more power and new suspension; Nov. 17 Street Triple 798 RS, teased with a Moto2-derived triple and new chassis; Dec. 15 Tiger 900, teased with an upgraded chassis and connectivity; no specs, prices or U.S. dates published

Tiger 1200: more power and new suspension

Triumph’s teaser for the big adventure bike promises a 1200 triple with “more power and even greater refinement,” “advanced new rider technology,” and what it calls the “most sophisticated suspension ever fitted to a Triumph motorcycle.”

What the page doesn’t give:

  • Horsepower or torque figures
  • What the new suspension is or who makes it
  • Which rider aids are new
  • Weight, seat height or price

The Tiger 1200 is the most expensive and most touring-focused model on the list, so it’s the one where details like suspension type, seat height and luggage options will matter most to buyers. Those come on October 27 at the earliest.

Street Triple 798 RS: a new engine and chassis

The biggest change in the teasers is for the Street Triple. Triumph says the 798 RS gets a “brand new Moto2-derived triple” and an “all-new chassis.”

Triumph supplies the engines for the Moto2 world championship, so a road engine “derived” from that program is a plausible story. But the teaser doesn’t define what “derived” means in hardware terms, and it gives no displacement figure beyond the model name.

Triumph also calls it the “most powerful, lightest, and most advanced Street Triple ever.” That’s the company’s claim. Until the full specification sheet is out, there’s no way to check it against the current Street Triple models. The reveal is set for November 17.

Tiger 900: chassis and connectivity updates

The middleweight adventure bike gets the lightest-sounding teaser of the three. Triumph lists an “upgraded chassis,” “intelligent technology,” and “next-generation connectivity as standard.”

Connectivity “as standard” could mean features that are optional today become included, but Triumph hasn’t said which. The full reveal is December 15, the last date on the calendar.

What this means if you’re shopping now

A published reveal calendar is useful information if you’re weighing a current Tiger or Street Triple:

  • Waiting has a date attached. You know roughly when the new model’s details will be public.
  • Current models don’t change. A 2026 or earlier bike keeps its existing specification, equipment and warranty terms.
  • Dealers may be clearing stock. Ask about pricing on outgoing models, but don’t assume a discount exists.
  • New-model timing isn’t delivery timing. A reveal date is not the date bikes reach U.S. dealers, and Triumph hasn’t published U.S. arrival dates.

If you’re planning to insure a new model, it’s worth getting a quote once the final price and specs are public. Bike value and engine size are part of how insurers price a policy, alongside your riding record, location and coverage choices.

What we don’t know yet

  • Specifications for all three bikes, including power, weight and seat heights
  • U.S. prices
  • U.S. arrival dates
  • Which features are standard versus optional on each model

Bottom line

Triumph’s U.S. launch page lists reveals for the Tiger 1200 (October 27), Street Triple 798 RS (November 17) and Tiger 900 (December 15). The teasers promise more power for the Tiger 1200, a new Moto2-derived engine and chassis for the Street Triple, and chassis and connectivity updates for the Tiger 900. Details come with each reveal.
